Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTB/MTC)

The Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTB/MTC) includes several closely related species responsible for tuberculosis (TB), a serious infectious disease affecting the lungs and other organs. Early and accurate detection is essential for effective patient management, transmission control, and public health intervention.
MTB/MTC PCR kits based on real-time PCR technology offer a sensitive and specific method for detecting mycobacterial DNA in human samples.
