Ecoli Dx, s.r.o. is a Czech biotechnology company specializing in the development, manufacture and distribution of products for clinical PCR diagnostics from sample to result. The product line includes Real-Time PCR kits, DNA and RNA extraction solutions for manual or automated processing, and instrumentation. During the last years, Ecoli Dx has been transforming into an independent manufacturer, focusing on the development of its own innovative PCR solutions which dynamicaly reflect the market needs to provide our distributors with competitive advantages.

The comprehensive portfolio of approximately 200 different types PCR kits consists of different brands. Apart from PCR kits which we manufacture: eDetect and eSens, we are the authorized distributor of AmpliSens® products all over the world, with exclusivity in EU. The PCR kits are designed for the detection of various infectious agens (A to Z of all infectious diseases) and genetic markers, covering areas such as: Sexually transmitted infections, Human papillomavirus (HPV) infections, Herpes virus infections or respiratory infections. Many of these kits are designed for multiplex Real-Time PCR, allowing for the simultaneous detection of multiple pathogens in a single reaction, thereby increasing diagnostic speed and reducing costs. The kits are designed to ensure high sensitivity, and specificity, while keeping affordability. Many of them are CE IVD certified, meeting European in vitro diagnostic standards.

Beyond PCR kits, Ecoli Dx provides a range of DNA and RNA extraction solutions, including manual extraction kits. For automated extraction, we offer the ePure extraction platform suitable for low-throughput laboratories, designed for user-friendly operation and contamination prevention through sealed cartridges.
